    IQAC Functions

    The IQAC is committed to ensuring quality in all aspects through the following functions:

    • Developing and applying quality benchmarks and parameters for various academic and administrative processes.
    • Creating a learner-centric environment that fosters quality education and faculty development through the use of participatory teaching and learning methods and appropriate technology.
    • Collecting and analyzing feedback from students, parents and other stakeholders on quality-related institutional processes and outcomes.
    • Developing a quality culture in the institution that values continuous improvement, innovation and excellence.
    • Developing and maintaining an institutional database through MIS for the purpose of monitoring and enhancing the institutional quality.
    • Disseminating information on various quality indicators of higher education to all stakeholders.
    • Organizing and participating in inter and intra institutional workshops, seminars and quality circles on quality-related themes and best practices.
    • Documenting and reporting the various programmes and activities that leads to quality improvement.
    • Coordinating with various departments and units of the institution for quality-related activities and ensuring adoption and dissemination of best practices.
    • Preparing the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) as per the guidelines and parameters of NAAC and submitting it to NAAC.
    • Enhancing the clarity and focus of the institutional vision, mission and goals towards quality enhancement.
    • Internalizing the quality culture among all stakeholders.
    • Providing a sound basis for decision-making to improve institutional performance.
    • Acting as a dynamic system for quality changes in higher education institutions.
