About the Department:

BBA in Tourism, Aviation & Hospitality (BBATAH) is an initiative of P.D. Women’s College in association with Avlon Shiksha Niketan affiliated to North Bengal University. It is placement oriented degree programme. Our programme includes theoretical as well as industry based practical classes along with Industry visits, internships, on job trainings and mock interviews Sessions. We also provide placements assistance in three service industries Tourism, Aviation & Hospitality. We have qualified and industry expert faculties imparting knowledge & skills of Tourism, Aviation and Hospitality.

Strength of the Department:

A. To compete in Global Standard Spoken English Classes (in association with Cambridge University), Grooming classes (Apart from university curriculum) are provided.
B. To enhance the Personality of students Personality Development Classes are conducted.

C. No Private tutions are required as Industry expert faculties are there to impart their knowledge & skills.
D.Students get practical exposure to Service Industry through various in-house practical demonstrations, Industrial Visits & Internships.

E. Special Mock Interview sessions are conducted for students which prepare them for Placements.
