Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) of P. D. Women’s College has been constituted in accordance with Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 and UGC Notification (Prevention, prohibition and redressal of sexual harassment of women employees and students in higher educational institutions Regulations, 2015). Comprising members from various backgrounds, including faculty members, non-teaching employees, students and members from non-government organisations, the ICC ensures a fair and impartial process for resolving complaints. It maintains legal standards and institutional policies while providing a safe space for individuals to voice their complaints. Through confidential inquiries and taking proper actions, the ICC tries to create a respectful environment where all the students and employees feel valued and protected and thus promotes trust and dignity within the institution.
